1.1 When depositing on our site mainly there are no refunds given except in these cases listed below.


Payza
  • a.) If the amount has not been used or the credits purchased were not used. in this context meaning that they had not been allocated on an active advertisement and thus used. We can issue a refund of the paid amount minus any fees it may cause us.
  • b.) Any bonuses that might have been paid on top of the deposits will abviously be emitted from the refund amount.
  • c.) Refunds will be only given to Payza when purchase were done via Payza and it will be in USD for the amount that was paid MINUS any fees we might incur

  • Bitcoin
  • a.)If the amount has not been used or the credits purchased were not used. in this context meaning that they had not been allocated on an active advertisement and thus used. We can issue a refund of the paid amount minus any fees it may cause us.
  • b.) Any bonuses that might have been paid on top of the deposits will abviously be emitted from the refund amount.
  • c.) The amount will be same amount that was paid paid by Bitcoin no more or less will be given MINUS fees

  • 1.2 Should the account requesting a refund be suspended due to breaking our full terms no refund will be given. due to breaking our Terms of Service to which you agreed to follow upon registering on our platform.

    1.3 Refunds will not be given after 60 days of original deposits. We deem this is good enough time for the users to decide what to do with their purchase and deem that unless the product is not used. The funds deposited will be treated as donation. however the product for the purchase is still available for the user to use as they see fit.

    1.4 Iniating a chargeback/dispute directly trough credit card provider or via payment procerrors system will void any possible refunds in addition to sanctions which are clearly described on our terms to which we will provide the Processor data on the purchased product. Contact our support and we will have look at your case to see if we can provide a refund.
