i sending my problem report to thier support email, but till now their still not reply back
the offer im still not cancelled yet because the Term if im cancelled my registration immediately i will lost my credit

I can also look into this.. If you provide me with enough proof they are answering me within 12 hours of creating a ticket.

There is bug on our support Which caused my answers to show up as blank I will fix this bug soon.

I need your Ip address you used when you attempted the offer. this what was asked from me by AWM when I contacted them.

Please put these details on a support ticket. and I will provide them to AWM.
