Since the offer does show as clicked it means that our system is working. I did check to see if there were any failed posts to our site but found none.

We can only suggest these things as possible cause:

Make sure to have cookies enabled and javascript and to not have any sort of adblock software both on our site and on the site the offer may take you as these can interfere with scripts working.

Finally try and contact Adscend Media support.

This what reads on their FAQ. I would also like to mention that they recently hired more support workers so you should receive answer withing 24 hours.

"I completed an offer and never received my credits. Can you help?
If for some reason you didn?嚙緣 receive credits upon completion of an offer, please contact support via the Support tab on this page."

There can some times be offers that are not working and they should be reported to Offerwall providers.
