the day 30 Dec 2016 I request cashout, but today 7 Jan 2017, it was 8 days, but my cashout is proceesing. I don't know why too delay, while you claim that payment is within 7 days.

I have the same problem. Posted: payment within 1 - 3 working days. Maybe Christmas weekend is not over?

For some reasons payments were not send yesterday. So I ran them just now more than 100+ cashouts paid.

All payments should be paid in 7 days however.

After looking at logs I see the payments failed...

We are looking into the issue.

Payments are 7 days as notified by email in December and in anniversary post which can be found on the sponsored ad and on our forums.
