As you all know, started from february 15th, XAPO will processing fees on transactions from external address. There is no fee only for transacions xapo-->xapo and incoming transactions higher than BTC 0.0003094. So, I want to ask admins here to make changes and put new minpayout from BTC 0.00031 so we cant pay fee to xapo.

I am guessing you mean that there are less ads currently to click? right?

It is simple actually the ads ran out of credits or time.
