As you all know, started from february 15th, XAPO will processing fees on transactions from external address. There is no fee only for transacions xapo-->xapo and incoming transactions higher than BTC 0.0003094. So, I want to ask admins here to make changes and put new minpayout from BTC 0.00031 so we cant pay fee to xapo.

Raising minimum site wide for one wallet provider seems a bit hard choice.. I will try to see what I can do however..
