As a registered member of ClickForBTC, you demonstrate that you have read and understood the all the terms and conditions described in our Terms of Service. They are "out of the question" and apply to all of our members and advertisers! The following terms have been divided into different categories. ClickForBTC, also, reserves the right to modify these terms without a preliminary notice. It is up to the user (you) to be up to date with the current Terms of Service.

1.1. You can only have one account! Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the suspension of all of the accounts involved in the fraud. This also applies to your payment processor accounts, that have to be unique.

1.2. Only one account per household/IP/PC/Network can be logged into the system or view advertisements! If more than one user from a single household/IP/PC/network views advertisements or logs into his account, then all of those involved accounts will be permanently suspended! This includes All the shared PC's (such as internet cafes).

1.3. Your email address is protected from spam from ClickForBTC and will NEVER be sold or exposed to a third party under any circumstances!

1.4. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period! On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to log in as long as those IP addresses are not used by some other user(-s) at ClickForBTC. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the suspension of your account! Logging in using proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, VPN, Anonymizers, IP Changers, etc.) is not allowed as is described at 5.5

1.5. Accounts are not transferable.

1.6. No account information will be changed unless that has been requested by the owner of the account.

1.7. We do not accept, under any circumstances, the requests of changing your username or your upline.

1.8. We do not allow the removal of an account, except that has been decided by the Administration of ClickForBTC.

1.9. Your own duty is to keep your password secure. We will not bear responsibility for any improper access to your account, cause by your incorrect password management. If you have lost your password, go to the recovery section "Forgot Password" where you will be taken care of and your problem will be solved.

1.10. Any false information used when creating your account (or changed afterwards), may lead to the suspension of your account.

2.1. There is no limit to the amount of referrals a ClickForBTC user can have.

2.2. You may refer others from your household only if they have a separate internet connection (and, therefore, a different IP address). Any attempt to use a fake IP address or proxies will result in the immediate suspension of all the involved accounts without a preliminary notice.

2.3. We have a NO-SPAM policy at ClickForBTC, and we expect our members to follow this policy when representing ClickForBTC. Any report of blatant, unsolicited referral invitations made en masse will be investigated and dealt with accordingly.

2.4. ClickForBTC is not a Ponzi scheme and, therefore, does not pay the "old" members using the money brought in by the "new" ones!

2.7. A request of changing your upline/referrer will not be fulfilled!

2.9. The commissions on your referrals' clicks should be credited to your account instantly. However, that process can take up to 24 hours in some cases (for example, if the load of our server is too high).

3.1. You have the full access to all of our forum topics but private topics.

3.2. You can post in the forum topics after completing the registration process and logging in.

3.3. While using our services, you must respect all the visitors/members/staff of ClickForBTC!

3.4. ClickForBTC doesn't tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments coming from our members! Debates and discussions are fine, but we will NOT tolerate ANY rude attitude, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts aimed at either the visitors/members or the staff of ClickForBTC.

3.5. No form of advertising or promotional activity (neither for you (e.g. disclosing your referral link) nor any other person, organization or product) will take place at ClickForBTC!

3.6. Our forum cannot be used for neither exchanging nor requesting money!

3.7. Spamming at our forum is irrevocably prohibited, regardless of the nature of these posts!

3.8. Posting e-mail addresses and/or other personal information in the forum is strictly prohibited! This is a security measure, that will help you avoid some potential security threats.

3.9. Any kind of threat, intimidation or unfounded accusation of ClickForBTC or our members/staff, here or elsewhere, will be considered disrespectful and may lead to the removal of your forum privileges, as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of your membership and/or your any other benefits.

4.1. Each PTC Ad can be clicked by you only once every 24 hours!

4.1.1 The Ads may only be viewed from a personal computer. Using any kind of shared pc's will lead to the suspension of your account!

4.2. ClickForBTC accepts almost any kind of advertisements. However, some content is not consistent with our high standards. Therefore, all the pages that involve pornography / illegal content / malicious codes / direct or indirect forms of racism or sexism / page redirection / any other content that we consider to be inappropriate, cannot be used at ClickForBTC! Any Ad Campaign that contains such prohibited content will NOT be accepted.

4.3. Viewing Advertisements on cell phones / mobile phones / hand-held devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account!

5.1. All the attempts aimed at hacking or cheating our system are being detected, logged and defeated. Beware that we monitor ClickForBTC for ANY cheat/abuse attempts 24/7/365!

5.2. If a cheating/abuse attempt was discovered after a user has requested a withdrawal, the withdrawal request will be denied and the involved account will be suspended!

5.3. The ultimate outcome of any cheating/abuse attempt is the suspension of the involved account!

5.4 Multiple sign-ups and/or the managing of multiple accounts will lead to an immediate suspension of all the involved accounts! Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer is also considered to be a fraud. Any use of Internet bots (also known as "web robots" or, simply, "bots") will lead to the immediate suspension of your Click For BTC account! Bots are software applications that perform concrete tasks on the Internet in an "automated" way. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive at a much higher speed than it would be possible for a human user.

5.5 ClickForBTC does not allow the use of anonymizers, IP changers or proxy servers for accessing our system! ClickForBTC can, in its own discretion, block any member who has knowingly accessed our system using an anonymizer / IP changer / VPN or proxy server (including all the examples described at 1.4). We can (and will!) suspend any account that has violated this policy. All the funds in your ClickForBTC account are immediately forfeited if your account has been suspended for violating this policy!

5.6 In addition, all the IP-addresses used for logging into ClickForBTC are being monitored and your ClickForBTC account will be immediately suspended if we detect multiple IPs from all around the world being used for logging into your account.

5.7 ClickForBTC also reserves the right to suspend accounts for any kind of cheating behavior not mentioned in the above articles.

5.8 Suspension of the account is irreversible unless it is due to inactivity.

6.1. Usually, we process all the withdrawal requests in 7 days. However, there can be some exceptions. Please, take a look at such exceptions below.

6.2. A user is allowed to request only 1 withdrawal per 24 hours and only 1 withdrawal request can be pending at time (even if it is delayed because of one of the reasons described below).

6.3. All payments are instant or manual (for more information, visit the Help page or the Withdrawal page). However, for security reasons, account investigation and a heavy traffic coming through our server, it can take up to 24 hours (if it is an "instant" payment) since the time of your withdrawal request for the money to be sent to the payment processor of your choice.

6.4. All withdrawal requests will be processed through payment processors. In order to get paid by ClickForBTC, a member must set up at least one payment processor in his Profile Settings in order to check the full list of the accepted payment methods, please, visit the Help page or the Withdrawal page).

6.5. Make sure that the payment processor where you've created an account allows payments to your country. Also, make sure that you've logged into your account using a computer within the physical boundaries of the said country.

6.6. Once the withdrawal request has been processed and the payment has been sent to a user by ClickForBTC, we take no further responsibility for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.

6.7. The maximum withdrawal is 0.02 BTC at this time. As we evolve and grow this will be raised.

6.8. We make no refunds nor reimbursements to the ClickForBTC account after the payment has been sent.

6.9. Your e-mail/payment processor account must be valid and, actually, exist. All payments will be sent to the chosen account and cannot be canceled or refunded. It is your responsibility to fill in these details correctly.

6.10. If you do not have a Bitcoin address specified in your Profile Settings or it is invalid, your withdrawal request will not be processed and ClickForBTC will not be held responsible. It is your own responsibility to make sure the payment details in your account are valid.

6.11. If a user has earned his/her money at an Offerwall and we have reasons to believe it has not been thoroughly completed, the procession of the withdrawal request can be delayed for up to 7 days. This rule exists to protect both the integrity of ClickForBTC and our users.

6.12. If a user has earned his/her money at an Offerwall, using a credit card or any other payment method, the procession of the withdrawal request can be delayed for up to 30-60 days (depending on the type of the offer). This rule exists to protect both the integrity of ClickForBTC and our users.

6.13. Moreover, we reserve the right to delay any Withdrawal with or without a reason for up to 7 days.

6.14. Additionally, if any account that is less than 30 days old completes a "paid offer" on one of our Offerwalls, the withdrawal of these earnings can be delayed (without exception) for up to 60 days, unless a chargeback is received (in this case the withdrawal request will be denied). This addition exists to protect our users and ClickForBTC, Click For BTC LTD & Our partners.

6.15. Additionally, if any account that is less than 30 days old completes a "free" offer on one of our Offerwalls, the withdrawal of these earnings will be delayed for minimum of 2 business days (without exception) and up to 5 business days, unless a chargeback is received (in this case the withdrawal request will be denied). This addition exists to protect our users and ClickForBTC, Click For BTC LTD & Our partners.

6.16. In addition in case we are suspecting possible fraud or we are noticing similar pattern that we have seen used by fraudsters we preserve the right to delay any offerwall & survey related cashout up to 60 days we will also mark it as "Frozen". or as mentioned in the Surveys & Offerwall specific Terms we may pay the cashout that is delayed faster by proving you are where your IP is saying you to be.

7.1. After a payment has been sent to ClickForBTC, the corresponding sum of money belongs to ClickForBTC with no possibility of repayment!

7.2. Any kind of dispute/refund request/chargeback attempt will be repealed by ClickForBTC and the member will have his account suspended!

7.3. Any payment to ClickForBTC must to be sent through the links displayed directly on our site only. Any other forms of payment will not be accepted!

8.1. ClickForBTC reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service, as well as fees, special offers, benefits and rules at any time. ClickForBTC also reserves the right to cancel its services any time without a preliminary notice.

8.2. ClickForBTC is not responsible for any tax payment required from you by someone based on what you receive from ClickForBTC. It's your own responsibility to legally declare what you've received and pay the taxes of your country.

8.3. ClickForBTC will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes any supplier we depend on.

8.4. ClickForBTC will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to ClickForBTC and, therefore, are beyond our control.

8.5 ClickForBTC will not be held responsible if your PC becomes infected with a malware, virus or some other program that affects the performance of your PC. It is the member's responsibility to run a good antivirus and antimalware program(-s) on their computer. ClickForBTC checks each and every advertisement that is created into our system to be sure it does not contain any harmful code or programs. However from time to time some advertisements may contain malicious content. We recommend to have strong antivirus and malwares protection.

8.6 ClickForBTC is not responsible for any repair or virus removal costs that may take place if the member feels that he/she has been infected by an ad placed on our website.

8.7 In no event Click For BTC LTD will be liable for damages, losses, whether special circumstances, incidental, consequential, breech of contract, or otherwise which arise from clicking and acting on any of the offers displayed on Click For BTC or anywhere else.

9.1. Certain information about members will be stored confidentially in order to help identify cheaters.

9.2. We reserve the right to suspend an account for a valid reason, including the reasons that are not considered to be a violation of our Terms of Service.

9.3. We do not delete our users' accounts in any way and for any reason. You can however unsubssribe from our emails. etc.

9.4. After 180 days of inactivity your account will be temporarily suspended, and after 365 days of inactivity - permanently suspended.

9.5. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

9.6. All suspended accounts will be archived and, therefore, you won't be able to create another account using the usernames and/or the e-mail addresses that have been "archived". You can however contact us trough our support in order to try to recover the account you had. DO NOT make another account!

10.1 ClickForBTC is a product of ClickForBTC LTD. All the rights are reserved by us.

10.2 No part of this website or any of its contents may be reproduced, copied, modified or adapted without the prior written consent of ClickForBTC LTD (its officers or management), unless it is indicated otherwise for some stand-alone materials! ClickForBTC LTD logos and stats are the sole property of ClickForBTC LTD and may be copied or used on your website, blog or Facebook account/group/page, but only with a backlink to ClickForBTC! Any logos, texts and/or stats may be used on your website, blog or Facebook account/group/page for promotional or advertising purposes, but you may not use the ClickForBTC LTD or ClickForBTC names in any way or make false claims of being a ClickForBTC LTD partner, employee or contractor without a written consent of ClickForBTC LTD or its management.

1.1 Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and relinquishment of all earnings in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

1.2 Multiple signups by any individual user shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. We reserve the right to file charges against an individual in attempt to recover any earnings received. We have a strong anti-cheat system in place making it extremely difficult to cheat, however if someone is caught cheating, or making attempts to do so, we reserve the right to suspend the user's account, resulting in forfeiture of all earnings.
