I have the following problem. I am logged into my account - I can see my stats, my refs, cashout history, etc but when I want to see the ads, I receive the message "you are not logged in".

Does any one else face the same problem?

Most likely causes are:

Ip address changes

Cookies are removed

javascript is not enabled or is for some reason disabled after logging in.

Malware can also cause these as they can interfere with the users browser. Caution simple virus scan does not often remove these. You need separate program such as malware bytes. (which is free to scan and remove)

I don't know what it was - but none of the possible causes you've mentioned; today everything is back to normal.
So, back to work ;)
