Max is currently 0.02BTC and it used to be 0.005BTC. cashout rules were changed and we send email about it to all. The sponsored ad on top of all other ads also mentions about them.

About reasons why:

Most of earnings from our members are coming from Offerwalls. We were paying users after just few days of their completion while the offerwalls are actually paying them to us 30 - 60 days later. Since these amounts are increasing from month to month we cannot keep on doing so.

Not only that.. lately BTC has been fluctuating a lot which also has not helped us in gathering reserves.
