Let me Explain a bit about why I am considering the USD offerwall and how exactly it would be implemented:

1. values would be in USD so we could show how much more we pay compared to lets say Clixsense and few others that pay in dollars.
2. it all would convert automatically into BTC.
3. There would be calculator on offerwall page which would show how much in estimate it would be in BTC or satoshi which ever option is selected.
4. Good side is this is that it would require less manual work to maintain the satoshi rate at consistent.
5. It would make it more clearer how much you earn in reality but also it could increase activity.
6. Later on we could implement option to earn in USD for those that want to do so or perhaps some other crypto currencies such as LTC.

That makes no since at all. Its called don't spend other people's money. Because if u have 1btc its still going to be 1btc no matter what the price is.

Offerwalls pay us in dollars.

Only time the USD would matter is when it shows the offer when you complete it it would reward it to you in BTC right after.
If needed we could even show h conversion rate to USD which is fetched every 20 minutes or so.
That amount would then belong to the user no matter what and when they withdraw it they will receive that amount.
